DROP DETAILS
To ensure prompt dispatch, our system immediately processes orders as they are placed. Therefore, we cannot make any changes or cancellations once an order is submitted, including updates to delivery addresses.

If you have any concerns about your order, we kindly ask that you reach out to us within 48 hours of receiving your order.
Before dispatch, all our garments undergo rigorous quality control checks. If you believe there is an error with your order (such as the wrong size, colour, or item), please reach out to us quickly at godsloveclubau@gmail.com. We are always happy to help!
SHIPPING
All orders are processed within 2-3 business days. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays.
We use Australia Post to ensure your order is delivered promptly and securely.
Free for orders over $100 AUD, otherwise a flat rate of $10 AUD
Standard: 2-5 business days $10 AUD
Express: 1-2 business days $20 AUD

For the most prompt and accurate information about your package, any delays, or delivery issues, we recommend reaching out to directly to Australia Post.
If your package tracking shows 'delivered' but you're unable to find it, please contact us. We'll be happy to provide you with proof of delivery and assist you further if needed.
There are rare occasions that your order may be marked 'returned to sender'. If your parcel is marked as undeliverable, uncollected, or if an incorrect or incomplete address was provided during checkout, it may be returned to us.
If this is the case, we will reach out to you to arrange a new shipping label and adjust any details that may have been incorrect. Your order will then be reshipped and on it's way to you.
To find out about dispatch times and shipping times for each release, please check the shipping information section on the product page. Once your order has left us, we will send the tracking information to the email you used at checkout.
If you haven't received a tracking number, check the dispatch schedule on the product page. Also check your spam/junk email folder. If you're still unable to locate it, please contact us via the 'Contact Us' form below. If you entered your email incorrectly at checkout, we will need to correct it in our system to ensure you receive your tracking details.
CARE INSTRUCTIONS
To ensure the longevity and quality of your God's Love Club garments, machine wash it in cold water, making sure to turn it inside out to protect the print. Lay flat or hang to dry, avoid tumble drying. Avoid ironing. Avoid bleach, as it can cause discolouration and weaken the fabric. Skip fabric softeners, as they may alter the garments texture and may cause discolouration. By following these care instructions, you can keep your garments looking and feeling great for a long time.
