RETURNS POLICY 

At God's Love Club, we want you to be completely satisfied and in love with your purchase. We accept returns for store credit or exchanges within 14 days of receiving your order.

You can now submit your return request directly from your account without needing to email or call us, just head to your account portal to get started. A return fee applies to cover the cost of return shipping. Alternatively, you can also reach out to us at godsloveclubau@gmail.com, and we’ll guide you through the process.

Returned items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging with all tags attached to ensure they are in perfect resalable condition. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, and we recommend keeping all proof of shipment and tracking details to confirm safe delivery to us.

If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us within 12 hours of placing it. After this time, we begin processing your order, and cancellations may no longer be possible.

Please note, we cannot process returns for items that are damaged or don’t meet our return requirements.

 

MISSING PARCEL

For the most prompt and accurate information about your package, any delays, or delivery issues, we recommend reaching out directly to Australia Post.

If your package tracking shows 'delivered' but you're unable to find it, please contact us so we can assist you further.

 

PARCEL 'MARKED RETURNED TO SENDER'

There are rare occasions that your order may be marked 'returned to sender'. If your parcel is marked as undeliverable, uncollected, or if an incorrect or incomplete address was provided during checkout, it may be returned to us.

If this is the case, we will reach out to you to arrange a new shipping label and adjust any details that may have been incorrect. Your order will then be reshipped and on its way to you.
