Shipping policy

HOW LONG WILL MY ORDER TAKE TO SHIP?

On a regular day, we aim to process and ship all orders within 1–4 business days, as each item is printed by hand, in-house to order.

Please note that during sale periods, purchasing express shipping does not guarantee faster processing. Orders are fulfilled in the sequence they are received. During high-volume periods such as Black Friday, Boxing Day, or other major sales, it may take longer than usual to print and pack your order. Please allow up to 1 week for your order to be processed and shipped during these times.

AUSTRALIA:
Free
standard shipping when you spend over $100 AUD

Orders under $100 AUD are a flat rate charge of: 

  • Standard - $9.99 AUD (2-6 business days once shipped)
  • Express - $14.99 AUD (1-3 business days once shipped)

NEW ZEALAND:
Free
 International Standard Shipping when you spend over $250 AUD

Orders under $250 AUD are a flat rate charge of: 

  • Standard - $19.99 AUD (2-6 business days once shipped)

REST OF WORLD:

  • Standard - $29.99 AUD (7+ business days once shipped)

Countries that fall into this category are unable to receive an estimated shipping time, however upon receiving your tracking information you will be given an ETA of your parcels arrival. 

 

SHIPPING CONFIRMATION & TRACKING

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this tracking number to monitor the status and progress of your delivery. You can also track the progress of your order anytime here

INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMS TAXES:

Please note that all customs charges and taxes (including VAT) are payable by the receiver. God's Love Club is NOT responsible for any charges incurred for receiving orders Internationally. These fees are not included in the cost of your order or shipping charge. God's Love Club does not offer refunds to customers for failure to pay duties and taxes associated with their order.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION:

Above delivery times can change depending on the time of the year, holiday periods, weekends and severe weather.  We are not responsible for stolen packages or packages delayed in transit. 

It is the customer’s responsibility to provide the correct shipping/delivery address for an order. If the wrong delivery address is provided, God's Love Club cannot offer reimbursement for this package.

DELAYED OR LOST PACKAGES:

If your package is delayed or you suspect it may be lost, please first check the tracking information provided. If the issue cannot be resolved, contact us and we will assist you in locating your order.
